How long do we keep your data?

If you or your company is a client of Aimbition, we may process your data as long as the client relationship is in force and for a maximum of 5 years thereafter.

If you receive marketing communication from us, we may process your data until you inform us that you do not want to be on our marketing list anymore.

If you apply for a position with us, we will store your application together with your personal data for a maximum of two years for the purpose of us being able to get in contact with you should suitable positions open up.

Who processes your data? Is data processed by third parties outside the European Economic Area?

We will share your data when needed for the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy with selected employees in the Sevendos company offices (Berlin, Helsinki, Málaga), as well as with the group of Sevendos companies. When expressly required by applicable laws or public authorities, we will also need to share your personal data.

Aimbition has a legitimate interest in processing the above-listed personal data for the purposes described above. This interest is based on your connection with us and concerns, e.g., your position in a company related to us or your direct request to us.

We consider all personal data we collect to be confidential. Your data can only be accessed by the Aimbition employees or our group company employees when it is necessary for them to perform their work related to your data.

The network and equipment of Aimbition and its partners have been secured by using appropriate measures to protect the personal data against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, transfer, or other unlawful forms of processing.
