How long do we keep your data?
If you or your company is a client of Aimbition, we may process your data as long as the client relationship is in force and for a maximum of 5 years thereafter.
If you receive marketing communication from us, we may process your data until you inform us that you do not want to be on our marketing list anymore.
If you apply for a position with us, we will store your application together with your personal data for a maximum of two years for the purpose of us being able to get in contact with you should suitable positions open up.
Who processes your data? Is data processed by third parties outside the European Economic Area?
We will share your data when needed for the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy with selected employees in the Sevendos company offices (Berlin, Helsinki, Málaga), as well as with the group of Sevendos companies. When expressly required by applicable laws or public authorities, we will also need to share your personal data.
